Nonviolent CommunicationSM
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) guides us to reframe how we express ourselves and how we hear others. It offers us a simple reliable model for more gracefully navigating through differences and resolving conflicts. NVC combines empathy and honesty to create and maintain authentic, respectful and satisfying connection.
Through practice of NVC we are able to begin to create peace within ourselves that can support a more peaceful life.

NVC Training
We enjoy sharing NVC with businesses, organizations, communities and individuals. Trainings can last from several hours to several days. They can allow you to quickly get started with NVC or renew your existing skills. We do NVC training for your business, community, school or civic group. Contact us for custom training, designed for your audience.
